Luno deems other exchanges High Risk and does not allow you to send crypto to other well known exchange's
I have been depositing Rands into Luno and sending it to other Crypto exchanges for some time as Luno does not hold all the coins i would like to deal with. Of the receiving exchanges are Bitget, Kucoin, and BingX , and others all verified accounts held by myself. All of a sudden theses and other exchanges are deemed "high risk" exchanges and Luno simply refuses to release my crypto to my own other wallets , they say they use a block chain to identify such exchanges and that is that. So my funds are stuck in Luno. Luno takes a reasonable fee for each transaction so they do make money and do not loose out and it is supposed to be a service they offer at a fee however it seems to me they want to keep the money in-house just like the banks. Previous and resent sends were allowed now none are allowed
As to replies on my mails it seems to be Bots answering as the same paragraphs are used over and over again and specific questions like " Ok then which exchanges are not high risk? Never gets answered only that they have no affiliation to other exchanges but the deem the right to say other exchanges are high risk. So it tried my Phantom wallet, not affiliated to any exchange even that was sought as high risk. This is just plain bull .
