Luno Crypto Wallet

I had an issue with money coming in into my Luno wallet. I logged a ticket and a day later (well within the timeline parameter) I received a reply - explaining to me what the issue might be. Unbeknown to me, data speeds were slow throughout the country, thus my problem wasn't any fault of Luno's. (The confirmations were taking extremely long) There was also an article attached to their reply to me explaining very clearly how the blockchain works and that relevant people are working around the clock to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for us. When I woke this morning, my money was in my wallet. Timestamp: 04:58AM. I'm sticking to Luno, thank you very much!!! PS.
