Luno Crypto currency - stay away from them !!!

Stay away from Luno !!! If you want to save yourselves huge effort don't try and use these guys. I made the mistake to try and use them. It has been weeks now, my account is locked I have send various emails with the correct documentation to verify my account but nothing is happening. I opened an account with their competition Ice cubed and in less than two days were up and running. I can't transact with Luno, I can't withdraw my funds, since my account is locked, extremely frustrating. No one is responding from their side. It feels like I am talking to a rock, I get the same response. Please, please take my advice don't deal with these Luno -ticks !!!
