Luno Crypto App
Luno crypto app is becoming a nightmare. I would recommend it. I've changed my view on this app. I always thought it was a good app until this past week. I couldn't withdraw any of my funds because my account has been locked for security reasons. I've been trying to comply with everything they have told me to do but nothing seems to work. The fact that they dont have a dedicated call centre with someone to technically assist customers makes it 10x worse. Their digital help system takes hours to respond and I've been very inconvenienced by this app.

The fact that you dont have a dedicated call centre with direct human to human contact makes your turnaround time very complicated and prolongs the process to deal with queries and problems. My issue is still not resolved after weeks of back and forth with your digital agents. Im definitely not recommending this app for future investments and looking to take my investments to another platform
