Luno Charged me R3500 more for 1 x Ethereum coin than the market related Price. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Tried to buy one 1 x Ethereum coin which was around R7600 at the time. When I bought the Coin Luno charged me over R11 000 a coin so I only received 0.69% of the coin. How does this work??? I have also logged support ticked about 10 hours ago and have not received any response yet!
