Luno bunch of *******!
I do surveys. I worked on a bunch of surveys for a month and a half. I finally reached cash out of $5 bitcoin. I sent payment to Luno as I have done hundreds of times before. When I checked my account after getting the received notification and there is nothing.. When i complain they admit it. Saying my amount is too small under some dusting nonsense rule they thought up to ***** from us, they stole my money. DO NOT USE THEM. They are a bunch of *******.

09 Mar 2024, 19:03Hi Dave,
We're sincerely sorry to note your rating and feedback.
Kindly note that for receive amounts of BTC 0.0001 and lower, Luno charges an equivalent transaction fee.
If you receive BTC 0.0001 or above, you’ll have the full amount allocated to your wallet (in other words, no fees). But if you receive an amount lower than BTC 0.0001, you’ll be charged this equivalent receive fee.
We do this to combat something known as a dusting attack. You can learn more dusting attacks here.
This information can be found on our website under Fees>Sending and receiving crypto>Receive fees.

09 Mar 2024, 19:16You have taken my money. A tiny amount. I know. But it was mine and you stole it under some rule you thought up. Don't do anything but give me my money, or I will continue telling the world what you have done to me.

10 Mar 2024, 21:17Dear Luno.
Can you please copy and paste my previous Bitcoin receipt history here? If what you are saying is true, surely I would have never done this before, Right? Just the dates and amounts. You will clearly see I have done this numerous times before. Let the truth speak for itself. Right? Return my money after that, or are you going to spit out the same lies to try and save face yet again? Even better, just give me my money back and then I will delete my account, and I promise never to use you again. Let's see if you can supply the truth.

13 Mar 2024, 11:30There you have it ladies and gentlemen They would rather try and sweep the truth under the mat, than have a happy client.
If I was anyone else, I would get away from this company last year, rather than yesterday.
No thanks, Luno. Don't want any more of your lies. Sad to see a legit company turn into this.

08 May 2024, 11:30I have given up on this company. The proof is in the pudding. I have however found a decent exchange for South Africans that charge a tiny amount in fees compared to these guys.
Here is my link if you want to use it too.
