Luno blocks accounts

Luno is the worst. I created a second account, by mistake, and so my primary account was locked. I followed the instructions to unlock my account, including sending through photos and taking verification calls and my account is locked. It has been three weeks and I can't access the funds in my account. This is pretty much *****ing, Luno as it's my money that you're blocking without a way to access it.
