Luno Blocked my account for no reason
Luno blocked my account and refuse to unblock it. I have verified my account now on more than three occasions and have been open and honest about moving to Australia. As such I was told to be re-verified and move my currency to AUD which I do not agree with. As such they just decided to block my account. I wanted to withdraw all my funds on R56 000+ and couldn’t because of te blocked account.
Everyone must be very careful, these people are looking for ways to ***** money from people!! They are not a legitimate crypto platform. I will now start sending messages to the management team on LinkedIn and start causing a stir they never expected!!

04 Apr 2024, 10:29The Luno Customer Services is non existent. I have send numerous emails without any reply. My account is still blocked and I have changed the country and submitted all the documents requested and still no response from Luno. I will not buy any crypto as I will still use my ZAR bank account which is linked to the account.

05 Apr 2024, 00:49The only laundering done is by Luno! If I have moved country and still use my original bank account linked to my Luno account , then why do I need to change my currency? You obviously make sure that you can take people’s money due to the exchange rate and percentage of moving from one wallet to the other. I have lost a lot of money due to this and Luno will compensate me! If Ihave been verified as a person with a legitimate bank account, then why am I being targeted???? If I was a ********* who commit money laundering then I would have had millions in my crypto wallet. I see this as being spiteful and nothing else. This has now taken way too long and I am not leaving it here.
