Luno: Bad service
I have an account with Luno. First of all, you have to logged in to contact anyone, to log in you need a 6 digit code to be e-mailed to you - the e-mail is seldom sent. Once you logged a complaint or need help, receive a ticket number - they will get back "as soon as possible" . as soon as possible never happens. The service is BAD. Paul
