Luno app (not sure what the problem is now)

i received a call from luno yesterday advising that the lock on my account has been removed.The consultant that spoke to me advised me it was done immediately. From yesterday to now I cannot send bitcoin from luno to another account and I keep getting the error message which states

Mission Interrupted We couldn't complete that action Contact us

When I click on contact us it provides me with all the the options on the luno help section. I am not sure what to choose because I don't know what the problem is. Can I please ask some one from luno to help/assist. Is there anyone at that company that can assist me.
