Luno access my fund from a "closed" wallet, such a ********* behaviour
Late last yeari I was told that my Luno account was closed, unfortunately some funds were sent into my LTC wallet.
I respected your decision with regards to my account closure but I however asked if the funds could be transferred to my new non Luno LTC wallet.
I'm surprised to see that you Luno said that you could not access my wallet yet the funds have been transferred to another Luno LTC wallet. This is so ********* and disapointing.
It clearly shows that all clients' assets are at your mercy. If you claim that an account is closed you shouldn't access it and use funds that don't belong to you.
I want my funds.

23 Aug 2023, 11:39Hi Olga
Thanks for your review.
After reviewing your account, I can see that it has been reviewed and concluded by our specialised team.
By signing up for an account with Luno, you agreed that you would not use your Luno account to undertake any of the activities or categories of activity considered to be a Prohibited Activity under Luno’s Terms of Use. Further, Luno has certain obligations in terms of anti-money laundering and counter-********* financing laws. Our approach to complying with these laws is set out in more detail here.
In terms of our obligations and, in order to prevent prohibited activities from taking place on our Platform, Luno monitors the activity taking place on customers' accounts carefully., In doing so, it came to our attention that you had engaged in or had been likely to engage in a prohibited activity. On that basis, the decision was made to close your account.
Luno’s account closure process and how we return funds was outlined in our previous email to you. The decision to close your account is final and, once the closure process is complete, we ask that you refrain from opening another Luno account
We hope this makes sense.

23 Aug 2023, 18:57It does not make any sense neither am I interested in opening another Luno account or appeal the decision for the account closure.
My concern is the money that you've used, the money that was sent to the wallet does not belong to Luno. If you claim that the account was closed then you should have left the funds intact, why do you have unauthorised access to the client's funds???
I don't want any account with Luno, not now not ever, I'm concerned about my money that you've taken.
