This people have been keeping my money in the account demanding that I send them proof of the deposit even though the money is in their platform already and have traded using the amount, they can clearly see that the money was received from account yet they keep coming up with new reasons to keep my money in the account. I want to withdraw and close this damn account, I have sent all that I have relevant to the transaction in question and yet still that enough to release my money and close account As advised, I will be opening a ******** case against this company if they still refuse to give my money back It’s been months now as if I’m begging here, that is my money their keeping and making me having to jump through hoops to get my.. back, it’s really ridiculous that have my money hostage

After reviewing other people’s comments, I see it’s a trend for this Luno company to just lock people’s account and refuse to give the money back, instead keep having sick requirements for unlocking, withdrawing and closing account, they don’t even have options on their app to allow users to simply close the account if the wish to , instead they make users go through an unnecessarily lengthy process to just do that, I’ve requested several times this account be closed and yet still active and my funds stuck in there

I’ve been checking the net and it seems this is what Luno has been doing for years now.
Holding people’s funds hostage after locking their accounts, their common tech tic seems to be the repeat message that ask for proof of payment regardless of whether it was sent or not
I have sent the proof even though it didn’t make sense as I wasn’t disputing a deposit, the money is in the Luno account and still trapped in the account
This has been going on for more that six months now and still don’t have my money
If you reading this and thinking of depositing in Luno consider that my money and others has been stuck in a his platform and we’re yet to get our money released
