LUNO A *****

I'm shocked and appalled by the level of service and integrity at Luno. Their GM in Africa Marius Reitz is impossible to get hold of accept on FB. And he wont respond.

I invested R5000 198 ripple on the Luno platform 3 weeks ago ( huge mistake ) I get an email from Luno a few days ago saying that btc & ripple has been sent to an external address. I did not authorize this at all. Their response was that my ripple was sold for BTC, again i didn't authorize this at all. I have also never ever given any of my information to anyone, so i don't understand how this can happen.

I now have zero ripple in my wallet. This is unacceptable and I will not take this laying down. Luno is a ***** judging by the 100's of similar complaints on Hello Peter. I will definitely be taking this further and posting on Social Media & I will be contacting Carte Blanch.
