If I could give zero stars I would. I bought eth and they charge R267 sending fee from the R300 I deposited. Ridiculous. I ended up with R27 in my trading account.

We charge a dynamic fee when sending Bitcoin, which means sending can be more expensive when there is increased traffic on the blockchain. The final amount we charge will always be shown to you on the payment confirmation screen, before a transaction is cleared.
This is something the entire network can experience, and it is not central to Luno. Here’s a link with more information: https://bitcoinfees.info/
We hope that clears things up, but if not, feel free to reach out to us for more right here: https://www.luno.com/help/tickets/new
