Locked out of account with no help
Same problem as many other people on this platform with Luno. I dont have my old device that I used as 2FA and their AI chatbot is of no help as its all automated. I have been waiting for 4 days for someone to email me but the only email I received is to rate their service on a survey. I cant speak to a human for more help. I have sent a proof of my account with all their details they request.
