Locked out my account
I unfortunately got locked out of my account because I don’t have access to my old email and cellphone number. I spoke to the chat box on Monday and was informed that my matter would be escalated. It’s been 4 days now, and I have not heard any communication back from the apparent escalation. How long should I wait to get feedback??!!
