Locked Account Problems
Shocking service and very ***** practice. Bought crypto a few days ago. I want to move it into cold storage. Now Luno has blocked my account. They want photo's, ID verification, bank statements, notes, etc, etc, etc from me, even though they would not open my account without it in the first place. Whatever i send they want MORE. My account is still locked. Did they even buy crypto with my money???? Or do they have a massive liquidity issue? Is Sam Bankman-Fried now running Luno? I await their automated response. If Luno reads this, spare me the bul***it, just unlock my account so that i can move my crypto and never have to deal with you again!

Where did we get our money from to buy BTC, we sent you proof of ABSA investment payouts
Now you say that you cannot allow me to transfer my BTC to cold storage!!!!!!
I can only SELL my BTC
You are technically bankrupt and cannot meet you financial commitments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can only sell it in FIAT currency according to their instructions!
