If you want your accounts to be locked and have back-and-forth conversations that go nowhere, deposit your money into Luno.

I have been in communication with their support team and the ***** department at my bank. My bank has assured me that the transaction was above board and Luno should be able to unlock my account but unfortunately, Luno are uninterested in doing so.
