Lies & Misleading promotion & campaigns from Luno

Luno advertised a campaign to spend at Pick n pay and use the QR code on zapper as payment from Luno account and you would receive 10% of usdt back instantly. Ive made a purchase via zapper from my luno acc (usdt) at pick n pay today for R6000 and my husband made a payment from his luno via zapper payment for R9500. We didn’t receive any rewards (10%) back. I opened a ticket to query and the consultant confirmed that I should qualify for the rewards. I get a message to say now that I dont qualify for reward because i used zapper at pick n pay. My husband had a worse experience with the agent at luno, her name was Zuko. First she tells him that the campaign was over at end of April. We had to send her screen shots of the website which stated the campaign runs until 31 July 2025. After getting her to agree that she was wrong, she then tells my husband that he used wrong payment methods in pick n pay so thats why we dont qualify for our reward. It clearly states if you pay via Zapper you get 10% back. I asked this agent to get a manager to call me, she says theres no problem so she cannot escalate it neither can she get a manager to call me!!!! Ive used this payment method before and I know how it works and I had no problem before. Now LUNO does not want to pay customers their rewards so they speak a whole lot of lies one after the other so that they dont pay you. They even tell you that they have no control and cannot give us the reward as it does not come from their side. But THEY ARE THE ONES PROMOTING THE CAMPAIGN!!!! Full of lies and a whole bunch of dumb people work that work there. This whole year ive been having issues with my deposits etc on Luno. Please do not tell me to contact your customer care Ive already dealt with a bunch of useless people working there that could not help me but lie to me and blame me for my payments being wrong. WARNING TO EVERYONE, there are a lot of other reliable platforms to use crypto, safer and they wont lie to you, ive been with these platforms for many years and Ive noticed the “useless” ones! Luno is pathetic and misleads people with their promotions so BEWARE AND STAY AWARE. Frustrated, wont be using Luno anymore!
