Just want to reap from my PROFIT

Good Morning. A real worrisome experience with Luna Investment, I made an investment of $100, registered and everything and I was then appointed a trader who traded for on Extremecryptofx for two days and accumulated over $2000, however when it was time to withdraw my profits I was told by the traders that I need to pay a verification fee $550, of which they failed to inform prior to making investment and now I can't afford to pay and reap benefits of my profit until my first withdrawel. This is so unfair they make you all excited for what???, yes I know it was a risk and I did research, spoke to so many at different companies relating investments. Some says no extra fees once registered and some says it's needed, it's frustrating as I'm a single parent with kids and hoped to give them a better future by doing this investment, reaping the fruits of it given today's economic situation. I used their social grant money and now I'm literally financially *****ed. They like an insurance company, you pay all the time a monthly installment but when need to claim then you must pay an access fee and if you don't have the access they don't fix or pay out although you pay every single month, so frustrating
