"I have been struggling to verify my Luno account because the process is extremely unreliable. After several attempts, I finally received the OTP (One-Time Password). However, navigating to the verification tab took multiple attempts, and once I got there, I was greeted with a 'process interrupted' message.

This has happened multiple times. Today was just one of many failed attempts; on at least 10 other occasions, the verification process has been unsuccessful.

Even trying to contact Luno through their other channels has been a challenge, and for me, it has always been unsuccessful.
