It seems that the transaction in question has been delayed.
Whenever there is higher than usual network activity on the blockchain, it causes some transactions to be delayed. Once the backlog is cleared, your transaction gets processed.
Keep in mind that transactions also require a certain number of confirmations on the blockchain before they get processed, depending on where you are sending or receiving.
