It takes long to process deposits

Regular bank transfer times are unfortunately not something we have any control over, and deposits made outside of banking hours, or from a different bank, can take up to two full business days to clear into our bank account - including instant deposits. Rest assured, any deposit you make is allocated to your Luno wallet as quickly as possible, but unfortunately there’s little we can do to make bank transfer times any faster. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your funds arrive in your Luno wallet. If it's been over 2 business days since you made the deposit, please log a ticket with our Support Team and attach the official proof of payment from your bank here: https://www.luno.com/help/tickets/new?category_id=11 You can read more about deposit clearance times in our Help Centre here:https://www.luno.com/help/articles/***
