Is Luno about to go under?

I do feel that I am also wasting my time as Luno do not respond to these reviews. But for those out there,,tread very carefully! I have been trying for 4 weeks to have my newly created account "unlocked". So i transferred R20,000 4 weeks ago into Lunos account. Bought some cryptocurrency but even though I have got 2Fa etc , I cannot transfer my crypto into my own hardware wallet despite numerous calls etc. My wallet is locked. Are these people ********? On the cusp with that decision. Have asked them to transfer back a portion of my cash.Lets see! Shame on you Luno!
