Invested my very last...

Accidently placed wrong reference no when I deposited R10200 into Luno account. Up until now my money still haven't reflected in my Zar Wallet. After few frantic attempts.. They haven't come back to me. How will I get my money back.. Because they are completely ignoring me... I NEED to know how to take action in not ever having to deal with them again and to just get my money back. It's by far the most unprofessional platform I've ever dealt with. Please assist.
