In 2021 i did a withdrawal of an amount that would exceed my fnb easyzero acc limits. The funds bounced back to luno and even after providing statements as well as getting an fnb representative to confirm that payment has not even touched the fnb system they refused to even check on their side if the funds did indeed bounce back. Till date no resolution or anything has been provided. I have asked multiple time to provide a proof of payment from their business account to my fnb account but they provider a reference that luno system generated and not a valid standard bank payment reference. Just be careful because they have a big customer base and dont care if one of their customers have lost funds or even if they leave luno because of this
