If you are hacked on Luno copy the address the bitcoin was sent to, then go to the https://****-alert.io/ website. My husband's Luno account was hacked as well. In his case his gmail was not hacked, but they managed to lock him out of his account and transferred his bitcoin to this address bc1qf38cetzwjhhanay0uk25..... msphy3xmq4rpp. He did not click on any email or facebook links, but some how they gained access to his account. Do not trust that your account is safe cause its not. Luno just said the same thing that they cannot do anything about it.
