I sold Bitcoin and withdrew the funds. I used the incorrect bank account. My bank was abltecto trace the transaction back to Luno FNB account. I tried various ways to get hold of Luno with no luck. I understand they have a resource shortage, but it is unacdeptablr to have no reply after 10 days
