Holding my Crypto Hostage !!Luno can not be trusted!!!South African in the USA

My account was flagged I received an email saying I infringed Luno's policy "Money Laundering" I can not move my crypto they have a block on my account Luno want me to sell all my crypto for fiat I don't want to do this what is the USE of Luno then? my account is fully KYC verified Customer support is very very extremely slow they have no clue it's like the blind leading the blind at Luno Luno can learn a few tricks from Binance customer support! Don't hold your crypto with Luno they hold your crypto hostage. Please for the love of God don't ever hold your crypto with LUNO!!!
