Hijackings your funds and hides behind slow unreachable support via in-app email.
Seriously useless support. Taking forever to reply. Up to a 1.5 weeks. Then each new agent is asking for something different and gives you different answers. They seem to have no idea what their own process is. The only option to communicate is a chat and if you are lucky they call you... But might only ring twice and drop the call... So you can wait another week. What a nightmare. I will never use them again.
Last thing... They are really expensive and overpriced.
it's now 2 months and everything I provide was requested but then a new agent responded and asked again or something different etc. There is even an article I found which confirms what I'm saying to you all the time. You delay and through bs request at your clients to hijack their funds. A bunch of ******* in my opinion. Don't ever use luno!

Answer to lunos Comment below: it's now 2 months and they are playing games. Asking for a document or a confirmation but when you provide it... Its not enough and they find another excuse to hijack your funds for a bit longer... This is insane. They need to be taken down as these are seriously ******** intentions. Btw. Instead of using resources to 'protect' your ***** image... Use that money and get some educated agents to help your clients. Then you do not have to waste your time here
