Happy to take deposits while sending disabled.

Ok - so I didn't read an email notification saying that crypto sends would be automatically disabled.

I needed to make a crypto transaction today in a limited timeframe, like I have done numerous times before on Luno. Deposit and exchange worked fine - and I was able to go through the whole crypto send operation - but then instead of seeing the crypto where I needed it - I just get a cryptic email "Unfortunately, we cannot currently process your XRP send"

Only after speaking to "support" did I find out send was disabled automatically as some some sort of security measure.

I can see how this can be a good security feature - but there should be prominent warnings when you deposit funds warning that sends are disabled, and then again, there should be warning that sends are disabled prior to doing to the send.

This unexpected new security feature has cost my thousands of rands of additional transactions charges. I'll be looking for a more customer-focused exchange for my future transactions.
