Funds not yet allocated to my Trx wallet and no communication from your side

I am close to reaching out to FSCA because of Luno, last week I received USDT TRC-20 on my Trx wallet, when we check on tronscan they show that everything was successful including confirmations

I kept on speaking to their agents regarding the funds and I was told that they might be on a hot wallet they should be allocated by one of their team individual, on Monday they reached out requesting necessary screenshot and I did provide them and I was told that the funds will be allocated to my wallet in between 2/3 days and today is the 3rd and no sign of my $900 funds on my wallet...

I keep on being told to be patient I will receive a response... I am close to reaching out to FSCA I swear, this is really frustrating

I have been receiving the same email "waiting for feedback from the relavent team" this has been going on for far too long and starting to sound more like a delay tactic, if this isn't solved by tomorrow morning I am taking screenshots of the email conversation to FSCA to show how Luno has been unfair and how I've been making a follow up regarding this matter but haven't received any help and also reporting this matter to the relevant YouTube channels that expose companies that are FSCA regulated but not doing right by the people ... I can't be waiting for funds for this long it's frustrating considering the fact I receive the same email and 3 days has even passed
