Funds Not Clearing

Luno are one of those internet companies that does not have a contact number, but only a contact form. I have deposited R 15 000 from my business account into my Luno account and I used the reference numbers etc 100% correctly, It has been 4 days now and still the money is not showing in my Luno account. We have sent multiple request through their online contact support, but we still have not heard anything back from them yet. This is extremely **** service when it comes to a trading exchange as we have lost out now on some trades we wanted to place. I am very, very unhappy about this and I expect someone to at least give me a call on ********** .....
