I opened a luno account early last week, started off small, funds went up and down was going good so i decided to buy more bitcoin and Etheranium I was at work and everything is fine on Friday, I got home to log on to Luno - Just to see my balance as R0.00 on all my wallets not from down trading, someone hacked into my account and send my bitcoin and Euth to them self (or someone else) When i saw that email i reported it as ***** as i did not send any money to anyone, all i have received from Luno is emails saying that sorry for your misfortune and blah blah, no one is willing to look into this What if this happens to more people??? To me it looks like thats how Luno makes money, ( i might be wrong) but i just lost a lot of money and no one can tell me where its gone to,

The willingness to investigate is non existent Some one needs to phone me, and look into this I have all the information of the code this has gone to and screenshot NOT HAPPY AND WILL LOOK AT TAKING THIS FURTHER - I NEED ANSWERS
