Failed withdrawals
I tried withdrawing money from my luno account. I received an email saying that my bank account is not on my name. However I am sure my bank account is in my name.
Luno does not have a number that you can call. They take up to 5 working days to reply to emails.
My recommendation is that, should you decide to invest with Luno, just know that you may not be able to take out your money.
