Ever since i joined luno or shoud i say since i funded my luno account, funding it was the only positive thing i got from them but as for withdrawing, they started saying that my account is locked, then i send them all the relevant documents they needed

Ever since i joined luno or shoud i say since i funded my luno account, funding it was the only positive thing i got from them but as for withdrawing, they started saying that my account is locked, then i send them all the relevant documents they needed and i did all that was asked off me but to this date they never responded positively. My transaction is still pending to this hour. I would not recommend anyone opening a luno account. Ever since i funded my luno account i am still struggling to get my money back to my bank account.
