Do not trust Luno
I lost R183000 on this platform due to vulnerable security. My account was hacked after Luno secured it by asking me to change my password and disabled send crypto option, the process took place under their supervision, however, 24 hours later after the account was secured, a ****mer accessed the account, where did the ****mer find new password, I don't know. After accessing the account they sold all other coins held in the account for Bitcoin and enabled send crypto option, 24 hours later they sent all Bitcoin from my wallet and I lost all my funds. I requested Luno to help me recover the funds when the incident was fresh,however, the request was dismissed. I also requested a compensation from Luno which was also dismissed. Luno is very suspicious.

24 May 2024, 22:06The matter has already been reported to the police, however, the police are not well resourced to investigate digital assets cases and Luno knows that.
