DO NOT INVEST WITH LUNO. THEY ARE ********
Do not invest with Luno. They have no way at all of securing your account or investment. I had money ****** from my Account wallet as well as my bitcoin wallet all within minutes. Their response is that they cannot help since the block chain does not have the functionality of reversals. A load of BS. What sort of institution in this day and age cannot secure money you invest. They should not be in business if that's the case. Please do not trust them with your hard earned money as it will only end in distress. You will receive no help at all from them. There is no point blocking your account as a his will not help. I tried to block my account and reported the suspicious activity yet my money went off after the account was confirmed as blocked. There is no point even reporting it since the standard response is 'we cannot help recover your money' . They do not care about the people who invest with them at all, all they are interested in is making profit from you. Unhelpful bunch of *******. The worst institution I have ever invested with by far.
