Do not ever use Luno

I was subject to erroneous account closure without due process or consideration. Luno is still withholding all of my funds.

Their system flagged my account for closure (22 Jan - alongside many other people). I contacted them immediately to investigate, was stuck facing their joke of a “chat bot”, waited almost a WEEK before I spoke to a human, and they proceeded to not even attempt to understand my issue. My account was closed with 3 open support tickets and a substantial balance (again, in error - as admitted by Luno).

- Luno has no idea what is going on internally - Luno does not care about their customers - Their “support” is a JOKE. Copy/paste nonsense responses from agents that are doing the bare minimum

This company has completely lost the plot, and will sink soon. Do not give them your money - it is NOT safe.
