Deposit not reflecting after 4 business days

I deposited R1000 into my Luno account and after 4 business days still no deposit reflecting into my Luno account. Initially Luno gave me the incorrect Reference number to deposit the money into. I since send them a proof of payment and although I did get a reply I am still waiting on the deposit to reflect into my account.

Bad service if you ask me!
