Deposit disappearance and unable to remove funds

Made a deposit on the 21/02 to my luno wallet I’ve been goin back and forth with emails mostly automated as they are not bothered to just respond properly I’ve been providing every single bit of information they’ve asked for and till this day the issue has not been resolved also can’t remove money from my account all amassing to 2400 euro, honestly past 3 months has been total mental pain and honestly this issue has broken me I’ve really needed the funds several times as I’m a student and still have fees and bills to be paying. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to express how disappointed I am with this platform.
