Dealing with Luno investment
My crypto currency was cleaned out totally from my account without my knowledge and LUNO refuses to take any responsibility. I just got a message to say that all monies were transferred to another unintelligible site.

As we've advised, the blockchain works in such a way that cryptocurrency transactions are not reversible. This means, that it's not possible for Luno to recover any funds or reverse any transactions sent out of your Luno wallet.
