COULD NOT BE ANY WORSE OF A BUSINESS

I invested money into Bitcoin for savings and also just to invest money into a growing market... I have tried to get a response from Luno but ofcourse (as I’ve read also) they have NO contact number. Whilst waiting for a response I looked online to see if the same problem has been happening to others. Which it has. I then see Luno has rep**** to these people with a link where we can contact them directly!!! Wow what a saviour! Not exactly, it just takes you back to the SAME page I made a complaint with in the first place.

So now I’m over a THOUSAND pounds out of pocket with no one to speak to or resolve the matter but a ROBOT that doesn’t even reply to my messages.

I’ve got to the point where this genuinely is a **** and I should be getting legal services involved because this CAN NOT go on.

If anyone else has any advice please feel free on telling me how to recover my funds as quickly as possible.
