Can’t get funds out of Luno even with lawyer involved

How can anyone trust you Luno? My mother passed away in August 2021, my father has been dealing with getting her funds out of the account since the executor of the estate instructed him to. You have received her death certificate, you have received emails from the lawyers involved in the estate, you have received emails from my father, they have responded to your automated emails to giving you everything you have asked for and still, nothing but automated emails and threats of account closures. My father, after 40 years of marriage must go through this continuing emotional trauma to deal with an exchange that couldn’t give a **** about the clients they have.

How can anyone trust you? Your platform works well to take peoples money, but when it comes to dealing with loss, you’re the most useless and ************* company on the face of the planet. And although it may only be one or two employees that aren’t doing their job, your lack of management oversight have made this bull**** come to fruition.

I will now make it my mission to inform the world of your lack of integrity as I only have one parent left and I will fight tooth and nail to stick it to any company that *****s him over while dealing with court orders from lawyers and executors for a measly sum of money, less than 3/4 of my monthly salary!
