cannot send BTC

What is happening at Luno? I am trying to send BTC tomy personal BTC wallet and it just does not work. After my last correspondence with the Luno team, they said i must rty in 3-4 days as my binance account is new one.

I tried today to send BTC to me bybit wallet wich is over 1 month old, i i get the same result.

Can someone please assist me, i logged a new refnumber : 984952

Thank you very much, I have beedn struggling since last Friday, in the beggining it was easy to send BTC, but now i cannot send any at all. I will await their contact.

I have been corresponding with Luno for the wwek and they have resolved the issue. It did take some time, but they did resolve the issue. So I have to be fair and give them the credit they deserve. Wehn Luno works, it works really well.

For those reading, It is most likely that Luno is the most user friendly platform for buying crypto when everything works correctly.
