Cannot get my application processed !
I've app**** for a Luno Business account in the beginning of April 2021. I've collected all the documentation they required and sent it through. I received an email saying that they may take up to two weeks to process my application due to "currently experiencing high volumes of Luno Business account applications and have a backlog to attend to."
It's been 6 weeks now and I haven't heard anything back from them. When I email they keep sending me the same response that it will take another 2 weeks.
