blocking me from sending my own cryptocurrency

Platform restricted my ability to send cryptocurrency with no warning whatsoever, requiring me to authorise to send credits, yet disabled my ability to send without authorisation by me. And this was with two factor authentication enabled. What is the point of demanding I go through a two factor authentication, and authorise every activity with a security code if they can just restrict the ability to send credits as they please and with no authorisation given by me.
