Bitcoin ******

So my account was hacked and all I got from Luno was "sorry" . There was suspecious activity and even got a call frkm from an unknown number asking me for my 2 factor pins which i didnt give and i eventually hung up and blocked the number. The activity on my account didnt sieze and i. Eventually locked my Luno account. Luno locks the account for 7 days before reopening it. When it reopened the attackers were ready as they were able to get access to my Luno account again and changed the mobile which meant i was blocked from my account and they could do as they please. I tried locking my account again and kept on getting an error that "token has expired" and i couldn't do anything. Next thing i know i get an email saying my Bitcoin has been sent to an unknown account. They cant help me in anyway and all they do is say "sorry". All i know it could be them who stole my bitcoin. Will take legal action as i believe i have a strong case. Use other platforms guys, Luno is not secure and more importantly they dont care. Basically they are trying to put the blame on me.
