Beware of Luno

Have been trying for 3 weeks to trade on my luno account. I cant buy, sell or withdraw my money. I have tried everyday to get help and have several open tickets, no correspondence from luno. It keeps giving me an invalid user error. I can deposit money into my account and have lost several thousands already. Customer support is non existant
