Be warned about Luno

I bought Bitcoin via my Luno account and when I wanted to send it onto my friend as i had done in the past, it would not allow me and kept giving me an error message. I contacted Luno in this regard and I was initially asked to send my September's bank statement even though I had provided them with the notifications received from themselves as well as my bank notifications proving this. I refused to send my bank statements as I don't believe that they needed access to them. The allocation is still reflecting in my wallet, so I'm not sure why they would request my bank statements unless they don't have faith in their own systems. I then received a second request and this time they requested 3 months bank statements, a photo of myself holding my ID document and a note to them with the wording as requested by them. I adhered to their request for the photo, however, I again refused to send them my bank statements. As far as I am concerned, this is private and confidential and has nothing to do with them. Since then, I have had no response. I sold the Bitcoin back to my profile but it will not allow me to send it back to my bank account and gives me exactly the same error. My message is a warning to others about Luno. If they don't have faith in their own systems, how can we! All I want is my money back and I refuse to use this platform in the future.

Reviewer Update
I have made purchases for Bitcoin via 2 Bank accounts and still don't see the relevance of this but I will let you have same as requested and afterwards, will NEVER use Luno again. I am really upset at having to send you my personal bank accounts!!! Surely your notifications received and what has been sent to you should suffice .. it just tells me that your systems are not safe! You have lost a valuable client.
